Start here
If Spartn is not syncing steps, weight, workouts, or other Apple Health data, the issue is usually a permission setting rather than your account.
Check Health app permissions
- Open the Health app on your iPhone.
- Go to Sharing or your connected apps list.
- Select Spartn.
- Make sure the data types you want to share are turned on.
Then reopen Spartn
After changing Health permissions, fully close Spartn and reopen it. This helps the app re-check the latest authorization state.
If workout saving is the issue
Reading Health data and saving Health data are separate permissions. If Spartn can read steps but cannot save workouts or water intake, recheck the write permissions inside Apple Health.
Important limitations
- HealthKit is an Apple feature, so it is only available on supported Apple devices.
- The web experience does not use HealthKit the same way the iPhone app does.
- If your widget says HealthKit access is required, the app likely needs permission again.
If it still is not syncing
- Restart your iPhone.
- Open Spartn and revisit the Health-related settings.
- Confirm you are using the latest app version.
If the issue continues, send support a screenshot of your Health permissions screen and tell us which data type is failing, such as steps, weight, or workout saves.
